Customer Service
Contact Customer Service between 0900h and 1600h (EST) on weekdays with any inquiry about test availability, collection and transportation requirements or results. On-call staff may handle limited emergency inquiries at other times.
Specific inquiries concerning test selection, methodology or results interpretation should be directed to the Laboratory Director. Consultation with experts in specific areas of laboratory medicine or active in patient care can be arranged on request.
Inquiries and comments about services should be addressed to the Network Director. Serious breach of service should be addressed to the Laboratory Director.
